Research into antecedents and reunions

Were you adopted? Did you give up your child for adoption? Are you an adoptive parent or are you related to an adopted person?

In the province of Québec, services relating to the search for family and medical histories and reunions are under the responsibility of institutions whose mission is the protection and rehabilitation of young people with adjustment problems and their family.

All application requests must be addressed to the department in charge of research into histories and reunions of the institution serving the region where the person was adopted. Application forms are available on this site /typo3conf/l10n/fr/rtehtmlarea/Resources/Private/Language/fr.locallang_accessibilityicons.xlf:external_link_new_window_altTextQuébec.ca.
