Vaccination against measles

Cases of measles have been reported in the province of Quebec in the past few weeks. A global resurgence of the disease is observed and may lead to significant local transmission. Even though no case has been declared in our region, the Direction de santé publique is closely monitoring the situation. Vaccination remains the best way to protect yourself. The vaccine has an effectiveness of 85% to 95% after the first dose and of over 95% after the second dose.

It is important to confirm your vaccination status to check if you are protected against this disease: Check your vaccination record or call 1 844 407-0967.
