Stop smoking or vaping | Ready or not, I want to know more: Interactive, thought-provoking workshop designed to help people who may or may not want to quit smoking or vaping. Those who are undecided are welcome to ask themselves if they are ready and what services are available. Over the course of an hour, we will go over these two uses together (traditional cigarette and electronic cigarette), assess your dependency and discuss the different services available to help you find the one that best suits your needs.
CAT-NORD group: Group courses for people who want to quit smoking or vaping and who are looking for support to do so, offered online (virtual) for the entire North Shore and in person for certain targeted areas.
